To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. All original tags must remain attached to the garments. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a returned package is received and inspected at the designated return facility, Mei Wah Limited processes refunds within 14 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For customers who paid using PayPal, the refund processing timeline is 14 business days. However, for jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws mandate a longer period, PayPal refunds are processed within 30 calendar days to ensure full compliance with regional legal requirements.
The total timeframe from the date the return is shipped to the date the refund is reflected in the customer’s account depends on the shipping method selected and the processing time of the financial institution.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Mei Wah Limited does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verifiable error on the part of Mei Wah Limited, such as a wrong item shipped or a confirmed manufacturing defect. In all other circumstances, the customer selects the shipping carrier and bears the direct cost of returning the merchandise.

Returns sent to any other address will not be processed. Mei Wah Limited recommends using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as responsibility for the package remains with the customer until it is received at the return facility.
5. Return Process
All returns must follow the documented procedure to ensure accurate processing and timely refunds.
Step 1: Submit Return Request

The customer selects the order containing the item to be returned and completes the online return request form. The request form requires the customer to specify the reason for the return and confirm that the items meet the eligibility criteria.
